User experience research means we understand more about how your users think about, and interact with, your business online (and often offline as well).
UX design is taking that research and using it to positively change your users’ experiences to improve your performance.
User experience can affect everything, from how a brand is perceived, to what information a user absorbs, to how your website performs and converts. UX is about understanding what your customers or ‘users’ want to or need to know and making it as easy and intuitive as possible in its delivery of that information.
