What?
Step one was to overhaul tracking across the analytics and ad platforms. The accuracy of decision-making data was crucial. We then helped Born Free understand the landscape of their organic traffic, competitors, and opportunities. We addressed technical SEO issues. Re-focused the territories advertised in. We then created a funnel and multi-touch strategy based on audience segmentation, with better use of the Google Grant at the heart of it. Supplemented with, among other things, a clear paid social campaign.
