British Fine Foods is one of the leading suppliers of artisan and independent food and hampers through their ecommerce, subscription and corporate channels.
Why?
Having worked with Converted for a number of years the owners of the business wanted to grow the online revenue and support their new business objective of targeting corporate clients. Having worked with modest budgets historically they challenged us to provide returns if they increased investment and allowed us to address ongoing issues we had flagged.


What?
Converted identified the old legacy Drupal website had limitations and ongoing issues that prevented a good user experience or optimal performance in both SEO and Google shopping (Pmax).
We redesigned the customer buying journey and experience on the website and created a new corporate section of the website. We also enhanced and modified the client feed, to increase product coverage and allow better product segmentation and bidding rules for their paid campaigns.
