What?

This highlighted some gaps in data maturity and integrity, as well as opportunities across various stages of the buyer journey and personas.
The testing programme included changes to key messaging along the journey, changes to how users interacted with search function and checkout functions. Cross-selling of ancillary services through the journey – to name a few.
