Why?
Through our Data & UX Audit we highlighted that social media drove a significant amount of paid traffic to the website. Through persona work, a data review and analysis of the session recordings, customer journeys and heatmaps within the audit and an analysis of the ad messaging being delviered for this paid social traffic, we discovered that the customers were at different stages of the buying journey and required different trust and social proof signals as well as prompts and more defined messaging.
What?
Due to this insight we decided to test creating a new page that incorporated new messaging and more educational information in different content formats, with a heavy focus on video within the initial view port on page load.
This also used psychological and content-based techniques to address the preconceived ideas customers have about fast sale property buying customers. We chose Google Optimize as our testing tool for this particular test. And guess what?…. the client said they doubled the number of property purchases through this channel in just one landing page test!!
